Stories Mews

We have built three new build residential properties on Stories mews, initially we built one new build residential property then the adjoining land owner asked us to build two residential new build properties next door. The ground conditions were poor which resulted in the foundations design to be piled raft slab which involved substantial ground works, to prepare site for the piling works and reinforced concrete slab, before building the properties on the raft slab and the end result shows three unique modern residential properties consisting of three bedrooms each.
