We were asked to convert a 3 bed victorian period property into a 6 bed HMO with each bedroom having its own ensuite. The property was completely stripped back to brickwork, floor structure and stairs were replaced along with roof structure replaced with new roof structure incorporating a dormer to the rear, an extension was built at the rear incorporating a living area and kitchen.
